This lock box is an accessory for Afikim s4 scooters. This product has to be attached via screws on the back of the seat and frame. It is added to the scooter only if you have an 18" or 20" seat. These seats have an opening at the bottom of the seat pan that the basket bracket slides into. Very easy. Please call if you have any questions. 888-217-1606.
